  • Can you articulate how you prepare for and embrace change—not just cope with it23?

4. Leadership & Professional Identity

  • Are you recognized as a leader or influencer in your team or professional community?

  • Do you proactively mentor others, share knowledge, or drive initiatives that promote innovation3?

  • Are you clear about the value your role brings to the evolving pharma landscape?

5. Communication & Collaboration

  • Can you clearly explain complex scientific or technical information to non-experts?

  • Do you regularly contribute to cross-functional teams or industry forums?

  • Are you active in professional networks, both online (like LinkedIn) and offline?

6. Ethics, Sustainability & Societal Impact

  • Are you up-to-date with the latest ethical guidelines, regulatory changes, and sustainability practices?

  • Do you consider the broader societal and environmental implications of your work?

7. Commitment to Lifelong Learning

  • Do you have a structured plan for ongoing professional development?

  • Are you actively seeking feedback and using it to identify and fill skill gaps?

  • Have you set clear, measurable goals for your learning this year?
